I have enjoyed 30 years real estate sales, management and Auctioneering and have received 107 industry awards to date. 

Please note that my products are about selling, anything really, by man or woman, with a passionate heart, in a usually tough economic climate.

I have spent those 30 years making all kinds of mistakes with marketing, answering objections and time management so I hope that I can save you the trouble of making these mistakes as well!

Some of my other achievements have been 287 Sales in ONE YEAR, 16 Homes & 16 Land sales in ONE DAY, my average number of exclusive listings at any one time 175.

My repeat and referral business, a whopping 82%!
