Christine
Just finished your fantastic book. Congratulations, it's an awe-inspiring achievement.
I know we have both often wondered why some people get it and others don't, your book explains why. It's the passion and the will to do work that make the difference.
I think it's also about valuing quality in your life. By that I mean that doing a thing well and deriving satisfaction from a job done better than the rest are the touchstones on the path to achievement.
Many people push to reach a level of achievement and then having reached it go no further, perhaps a ratchet mantality sets in-"I've done it now and I don't have to prove anything else, I don't want to go backwards but I feel no need to go forward". The ratchet ahs set in. It may be boredom or laziness or many other issues but the indib\vidual ahs reached their level and won't proceed further because they ahve satisfied their sense of achievement.
It is only the few who ahve the drive to keep pursuing higher and better standards of quality in their life and careers that can show others what might be possible. You, my dear Christine, are definately one of the few.
I look forward to the next chapter.
Love and respect

Dear Christine,
"Well done, 1 great platform for those entering the industry"
I firtmet Christine way back in the early 1990's when I was NSW state manager of L.J. Hooker. From that first meeting I knew that Christine had something 'special' that set her apart from so many in our industry
Over The next 15 Years of our association there was no goal, Christine did not surpass and she became an almost unchallenged leader of real estate agents and customer service satisfaction levels. In one of the most professionally demanding sales environments that you can have.
For anyone aspiring to be a true leader of the real estate industry Christine's book ' Up Till Now' is a must read.
